- DRAFT MS4 PERMIT AVAILABLE
The DRAFT MS4 2025 Annual Stormwater Report is available for public review and comment. The Report documents the Town’s efforts to comply with the conditions set forth by the CTDEEP General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems for the year 2025. The Final MS4 2025 Annual Stormwater Report is due to CTDEEP on or before April 1, 2026.

Dickinson's lifelong interest in government, lawmaking, and fiscal responsibility led him to serve as fourth Mayor of the Town of Wallingford from 1984-2024. What began as a short-term commitment became an extraordinary 40-year tenure, during which Mayor Dickinson served 20 consecutive terms and guided Wallingford through decades of growth and prosperity,
Mayor Cervoni has proclaimed February 21, 2026 as William W. Dickinson, Jr. Day in our community. We extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to William W. Dickinson, Jr., for his remarkable service and steadfast devotion to the citizens of Wallingford. We wish him health, happiness and fulfillment in the years ahead!

Ida Greene's life is a testament to resilience, creativity, and service. She is the acclaimed author of Bunty's New World, Bunty's War, and Bunty's Beginnings, works inspired by her own diary entries chronicling her experiences during World War II and as an immigrant in America.
Mayor Cervoni has proclaimed February 15, 2026 as Ide Greene Day as we extend our heartfelt congratulations and warmest wishes to Ida Greene on this momentous day! Happy 100th Birthday.

The Town of Wallingford is pleased to announce that Geoffrey Einhorn has officially been sworn in as the Town Attorney.
Einhorn has served as Assistant Town Attorney since January 2012. He brings extensive legal experience in municipal law and will serve as the chief legal advisor to the Mayor, Town Council, and all town departments, boards and commissions, providing guidance on ordinances, contracts, litigation, and other matters affecting the Town's operations and governance.
Einhorn's appointment follows the recent retirement of former Town Attorney Gerald Farrell, Sr. The Town of Wallingford thanks Attorney Farrell for his decades of exceptional municipal service and wishes him well in his retirement.

The Town of Wallingford proudly recognizes V. James "Jim" Seichter, a lifelong resident whose contributions have enriched our community for decades. Jim began serving on the Planning and Zoning Commission on January 30, 1996. As Chairman since 2010, he has provided thoughtful leadership while ensuring every application was carefully considered.
The Town of Wallingford extends its heartfelt gratitude to Jim for his years of dedicated service and leadership, and wishes him joy, fulfillment, and success in all his future endeavors.
Mayor Cervoni has proclaimed January 12, 2026 as Jim Seichter Day.

If your mailbox was damaged by a Wallingford Snowplow, contact Public Works at 203-294-2105. Public Works will install a new mailbox.
If your mailbox was damaged by a Wallingford Snowplow and you have replaced your mailbox yourself, send an email to request reimbursement up to $55.00, including a receipt for the new mailbox to: [email protected].
If you are seeking reimbursement of more than $55.00 or a specialty mailbox, you will need to submit a claim directly to the Town Clerk’s office, in writing, with all pertinent information (name, address, date of loss, value of replacement box, etc). Town Clerk will assign a claim number and will forward to the appropriate departments.
