If your mailbox was damaged by a Wallingford Snowplow and you have replaced your mailbox yourself, send an email to request reimbursement up to $55.00, including a receipt for the new mailbox to: [email protected].
If you are seeking reimbursement of more than $55.00 or a specialty mailbox, you will need to submit a claim directly to the Town Clerkâs office, in writing, with all pertinent information (name, address, date of loss, value of replacement box, etc). Town Clerk will assign a claim number and will forward to the appropriate departments.
