Latest News
The Town of Wallingford has partnered with Euna/Bonfire Procurement to create a new procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of business opportunities, and submit bids and proposals to the Town of Wallingford electronically.
Effective end of business 4/24/26, bid notifications will no longer be sent from wallingford.procureware.com. Effective 4/27/26, bid notifications will be sent from wallingford.bonfirehub.com/.
In order to receive bid notifications after 4/24/26, you must register your company on the new portal at https://wallingford.bonfirehub.com/
Registration is easy and free. Please be sure to select UNSPSC codes associated with your type of business or organization. Our solicitations will be set up using those codes, and will be matched to vendors and contractors with the same codes.
The Town of Wallingford is excited about the changes we are making to streamline our electronic procurement process, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with you and appreciate your interest. Bids and proposals may still be submitted via mail or in person to the Purchasing Department.
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Town of Wallingford.
