Annual Dog Licensing begins Monday, June 2, 2025   

Fees:  $8.00 for Spayed/Neutered Dog or $19.00 for Unaltered Dog - Cash or Check ONLY

Please bring a copy of your pets Rabies Vaccination Certificate and proof of spay/neuter (if applicable)                                                                                       

Payment Options: Cash or Check (checks made payable to "Wallingford Town Clerk")

Notice: Electronic Service of Appeals from Municipal Agencies
Pursuant to Governor Lamont’s Executive Order No. 7I, Section 19.h -- the requirement for commencement of an appeal of a municipal decision by service on the town clerk, or other town official, may be satisfied by electronic service upon the town clerk at [email protected] in accordance with the Executive Order.

  • Service of Notary Public (Town Clerk CANNOT notarize Wills; Living Wills; Trust Agreements; All Land Recordings including: Mortgages and Modifications; Quit Claim Deeds; Warranty Deeds; Power of Attorney; documents in a foreign language; I-9 or other Homeland Security Documents).  Entire document must be presented at time of notarizing.
  • Advertises all Public Hearings
  • Attends all Town Council meetings
  • Certified Voter ID Cards
  • Gives oath to all Officers
  • Issues Duck Stamps
  • Paperwork for Bonding Ordinances
  • Photocopy all Public Records on file

6. Cigarette Dealer / Retailer License

Connecticut Department of Revenue Services (DRS) requires new applicants for Cigarette Dealer Licenses to provide the DRS supplied notice to the Town Clerk.  This notice must be posted on the Town website for at least 2 weeks.
